I have a NIB Super CQC7 with serial number 022 that refers to the "Wave" function. How would I go about dating this knife?

Most of them have a year stamped right on the blade. If the etching/printing on the blade is gone, it might be near impossible. It also really helps to provide pictures, asking for an ID on something then providing a completely vague description doesn't help matters in ther least.
