I just want to say that the Emerson service is outstanding! I had to send my P-SARK back for repairs to the lock, (this knife sees alot of hard use in the field), and the knife was repaired and sent back super-fast and it is as good or better than new. No questions were ever asked, they just fixed the problem and sent it back. Also, they were very courteous on the phone and through the e-mails. It is an honor to deal with a company that stands behind their products.....Jim Jones NREMT-P

What was the turnaround? I sent off a Commander with a slipping lock about a week and a half ago. Just wondering when to start looking for it and worring when It's not there.

I sent my P-SARK off july 26, and it was back on august 12. Not bad from central Florida.
