Super Sick

Echinacea works wonders. I go out every summer and dig up some Kansas or Missouri Snake root and dry it out. Grind it up and put a teaspoon in some boiling water and let it steep, then strain it and add some tea for flavor. Super potent and knocks sickness out.
During high school it sold for $4.25 a pound, a guy can dig $25 an hour easily.
Only after research did I learn the Indians used it for generations .IMG_2363.jpeg
 
Echinacea (even the commercial stuff helps), Vitamin C (massive doses), and Vitamin D3. I POUNDED the C and D3 when I got Covid, and didn't have any major problems.

Get all the vitamins and water you can hold, and rest a lot, I kinda hibernate when I'm sick. Don't worry about stuff, you have a great family and a lot of friends backing you up.
I hope you don't get delirious but if you do remember how much you hate having both of those War Boars and remember to send one my way, just to teach me a lesson...

Hope you have a speedy recovery, David. As has been noted, lots of ugly bugs making the rounds right now.
