Jack Black told me he was going to send me a "SuperKnife" A cool little knife from China that features some very amusing packaging.
In typical Jack Black fashion, he said he would throw in a few bits and pieces, since he was buying a stamp anyway. Here's what came today:

A thoughtful card. A DVD about Stan Shaw, which I look forward to watching this weekend. A necklace that looks to be horn. A coin featuring a crown and sword. A lovely little magnifying glass which can be worn as a necklace. A big sturdy Trapper from Japan.

A selection of vintage knives: A pair of penknives, one by Richards, and one of those elegant all metal ones I know Jack is fond of. An unusual pattern that I would call a "Congress Pruner" by CK Italy. Plus the Abrams Brooksbank with the classy bar shield that I admired on Jack's table.

And of course, the Super Knife. Here's the writing on the back.

So thoughtful of you, Jack, thank you!
