SUPERB Customer Service!

I know it's been said before, but I have to add my 2 cents worth. Chris Reeve Knives customer service is incredible! I just got off the phone with Bridget, checking to see how my order (large plain Sebenza with double thumb lug) was going. I won't mention the specifics, but she went way above & beyond the normal expectations of good customer service. She did so all on her own, with no prompting from me.

I am very impressed. If I had the cash, I'd order another (small plain Sebenza with double thumb lug) knife from them today, just because of Bridget.

BTW, I've also dealt with Julie, who was also superb.

The people at CRK, and others like them have made my purchases of knives to be very pleasant indeed. Bridget has been a joy.
 
I would not even suggest that Chris give up producing knives, but if he were but only a customer service consultant to car makers, goods manufacturers and just about every other entitly you have to deal with on durable consumer goods, could you imaging how good life would be?

Then again, no; Chris, we need you right where you are!
