We have two beauties to raise funds for Ben today. But first, an update from Bens Mom that we received just this morning
I just wanted to give you a quick update, we are obviously having a hard time getting Ben's seizures under control, especially in the last 4 weeks. We went to the TSC world medical conference this past week and learned so much to help our Ben and so much we have done wrong.
We were able to use part of the funds already to pay towards Bens doctors bills and will be using the remainder for me to fly to Cincinnati to see a new doctor who we met at a conference who specializes in TSC.
We can't tell you enough what this group has done for us and how much the support and prayers is helping. The last two nights have been so awful, yesterday Ben had a new seizure type with his eyes rolling into his head. Seeing this breaks my heart, but knowing we are getting help soon with seeing new doctors - all thanks to what you and this group have done for us - is a miracle.
Lots of love,
The Ruppe Family
And the knives -
The first is a rather unique hiking buddy, with red liners under jade g10 scales, resulting in a purplish hue that we think is pretty great.
Trust me that this is a lousy photo. The blade almost looks like a blueback here, but it is not. I couldn't get this little guy to show up well in the pics but it's a beautiful little knife.
2014 0708 01 Hiking Buddy with Jade g10 over black g10 with Red liners, SFT Tang, convex on 1/8 spalted 01 steel - $265
Next up we have a sexy, bolstered Sneaky Pete, donated for today by our beloved Comprehensivist! Shes retained her original sale/thread date, because Comprehensivist is so comprehensive and provided it to us.
2013 1122 017 Sneaky Pete, Sapphire Burlap from Shadetree with black canvas micarta bolsters and liners, Tapered Tang, Convex on 3/16 thick 3D spalted 01 steel - $335
Thanks everybody!
