SuperFast Review of Bark River Knife and Tool mini slither

I have used a number of knives with small handles (~2"), even with small blades, 1-2", I vastly prefer a full handle. Without it the knife is very limited, even in light use ergonomics suffers significantly.

Very true. It's a two finger knife, which makes it hard to control. I guess it's kind of cool for the novelty aspect of owning it, but to me the Mikro Canadian is as small as I usually find practical.

What are people's recommendations for small knives with full handles?

I find a handle ~4" long and ~3.5" in circumference is ideal for my size hands. That's a full 4-finger grip.

I have a Bark River Woodland, and while the handle looks small, it's surprisingly ergonomic. Due to the design it fills the hand quite well. When I do a high country pack-in hunt next year, that's the one that will be going with me.

I have big hands and usually preffer bigger handles, a Falkniven WM-1 is about the smallest I'm comfortable with.

However, I do like the Mikro Slither. I wouldn't use it as a main blade, but it is a hell of a little back up cutter and it takes up very little pocket space. It's great for very small PSKs, too.
