When people ask how do I justify spending over $300 for a pocket knife, I tell them Quality, Innovation, Class, and most importantly, Customer Service.

Last month, I snapped my pocket clip in two - completely my fault – while trying to bend it back to shape with two pairs of pliers after it got caught up in mesh webbing. I email Anne to explain what had happened, and she graciously REPLACED my clip completely free of charge. What’s more, this is NOT the first time CRK had extended their style of courtesy to me. During a knife show in NY several years ago, I wanted to buy a calfskin pouch from Chris. He didn’t have any in stock. Instead, Chris generously offered me one of his Cordura pouch completely free of charge. This is what I call customer service, and that is why I have no reservation when it comes to recommending CRK.

Thanks again, Anne.

I have to agree. Part of buying a CRK product is excellent customer service. Dealing with Bridget is a joy. Anytime that I have sent my Sebenzas in for one thing or another they always come back in great shape. They truly have pride in their product and it shows. Yesterday at Blade Show West I bought a small left hand regular with a silver contrast U.S. flag. I thought that those came with a calfskin pouch but Chris said no but he threw one in anyway on the house. Great knives backed by great service. Kudos to CRK!

I completely agree Bridgett is a joy to deal with, i have not had any problems as of yet but i know i will be covered when and if i do. As a matter of fact i was asked that very question yesterday about spending that much on a knife, and my reply was CUSTOMER SERVICE that can not be beat. Keep up the great work CRK, you are deeply appreciated.

I agree with the rest of you.CRK and Bridget rock.Only needed them once but they were there.
