Huh, since it seem that one can 'earn' a Nobel Prize for talking about what they might do to better the world without actually doing anything, I personally think some might find it an insult instead of a compliment for the man, Garth.

I just do not understand how a Piece Prize can be given to the commander and chief of an armed forces that is at war in two locations and has not make significant steps to end either of them.
