It certainly is a handful Mark. As I mentioned to Paul H, that cheeky little fella in my avatar always gives me a chuckle too. :D

Yea Bighaze.....If you were Andre The Giant!! It must take 3 fingers to depress the lock bar! That puts a whole new twist to the term "Supersize Me"! :D

How big we talking? Here's a Northwoods Scagel next to a #15 for reference.

Great looking folder, seem very functional too! I am into fixed blades, but super strong large folders inspire me too! (Crocodile Dundee 3 folder for example):):):) always wonder if any knifemakers do some similar overly sized folders of classic design....not too many seen so far anywhere..This piece look incredible well done! Thanks for post

How about a balisong?

:D

Woow, thats a real shocker for every custom officer arround the globe! They gotta love it!!! I guess this one is used to "assisted deliveries" along so called authorities...:):):)

Seriously very good looking piece,i have seen this exact being still for sale somewhere along the knives, astonishing knife! (same ammount of steel went into it,as into that bike pictured i guess:)!

Opinel makes a giant 10" folder in the style of their classic pocket knives.

Definitely a novelty to draw attention to the Opinel case inside knife shops, but you can buy them and I have heard people use them.

Opinel seem to have very good quality too

This one is pretty big. It's made by Queen in 2002, branded Marbles, D2 steel and green bone, measures 5 1/4" closed, 9 3/9" open. Rides nicely in my back pocket, next to a bandana. Makes my new GEC Mako feel like a popsicle stick.

Here's a large "Eagle" folder that came as an "add-on" to a fleabay auction when I won a Kabar 1277 Large Heavy Bowie. The top blade is a Camillus Becker BK-6 Patrol Machete and the bottom knife is a Kabar Becker BK-9.

EDIT- Fixed the pic
