Sweet! Getting better all the time:thumbup::)

I dont know how you do it! Would you take a minute and tell me how these beautys are made? What parts are machined and what is hand done? Sorry if you have explained this before.

Thanks Bruce
The inlays I make with manual feed milling machine, I made drilled templates so the frame panels are placed every time at the same spot.
The blade grinds on both and the grinds on the plain titanium one are all free hand, I use 10" wheel for the blade, 5" for the frame.

Thanks Bruce

You have good hands. How about the file work and checkering on the frames?
Hey congrats on September Blade Magazine Cover and story!

Thanks again, Bruce!
The checkering: draw where you want it to start and finish, then make the first cuts with the checkering file angled so it can only cuts 2 or 3 lines at the time. As these first rows start getting deeper, go laying the file into the spine slowly.

Your knives have just the coolest space age look to them. Very clean lines and nice grinds! I really like your work.
