Welcome to knife making and welcome to the forum
I don't know about paypal, but most will take a credit card.
on the other hand, machinist supply houses should carry steel flat stock for grinding, or round stock for forging. they also have brass and aluminum or titanium or the different kinds of stainless and plastics. be creative, salvage yards are a wonderful supply house. Most machinists have a scrap pile of stuff that's to good to throw away, try doing some scrounging and see what you come up with. They can also help you with heat treatment.
I've been building knives for years, and haven't ordered from a knife part supplier yet. (this is not a point of pride, just that I've never found a need yet) hang around and see what the rest of these guys are doing with old junk.
some of them are artists (not me, I just make a good tool)Eric
