Guys, I think I may have found one of the last cs master hunters in canada, its at an affordable price, and ripe for the picking. I e-mailed the store to make sure the still have them in stock, and am awaiting their reply. But should I bite the bullet and pick on of these up?
This was actaully going to be my first knife, and I have never gotten one, last two times I tried to order one they ended up not being in stock, so what do you guys think?

ps. Its $80 cdn, I dont know if I can let it go.

If the one available is "Carbon V", I would grab it, if for nothing else that they've stopped (Camillus) making it, to have as a "novelty", at the very least. (I'm not a big fan of CS, but "their" "Carbon V"/50100-B/0170-6C is a pretty decent steel.)

oh yeah its Carbon V, thats what makes me want to get it so much. Has anyone had a handle fall of theirs, thats the only thing that worries as I've heard in a few threads.

I beat the sh*t out of mine (just because it's CS:jerkit: ), and the handle is still on there.

Go for it, they are good knives, mine was bought for when the lights were supposed to go out at y2k, its been used hard and still going strong.

I've got the carbon v tanto and I've beat it pretty good with nothing bad happening yet.

I got mine back in the 90's somewhere and have never regretted it.
Have not had any problems with the handle.
Get it and use it. You'll be glad you did.

Ohh, I know. Im going to beat the hell outa it when it gets here, the famous Fonly test's will occour! :D
