I can't find it. (Maybe I'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other?)

It's hard to find lots of things on BF at times. I will often put obscure but important items in a folder.

I tend to agree. It is referenced here, Vendor Links, Referrals & Endorsements. That's the second thread up on the Traditional main page stickies. It's also a thread here, https://www.bladeforums.com/forums/for-sale-production-knives-dealer.749/. Top of the page, 1st thread.

Why? And where?
It's a sticky at the top of the Dealer section, which is a logical place for it. People already complain that they can't find things; and the home page is busy enough.
