Just thought I would drop in to see the new place. Nice and roomy, has a lot of potential.Think we will all fit in here? Needs more furniture. How do you like that Bill goes to the hospital and the moment he's gone they move his house.Don't worry Bill, we'll keep an eye on things till you get here. Maybe the piano can go over there.....

Nah, for this forum, we'll need to cook at least one fully grown bull, and maybe more way more bull than that.

A bulls cannot stay as they are, but tend to be an ex-bull ready to be cooked.

True, WrongFriend.

I don't know if the euphemism translates - but in cattle country after they turn a bull into a steer, they call the parts removed "Rocky Mountain Oysters" and cook them up. They even have Rocky Mountain Oyster festivals.

And no, I have no idea if they taste like oysters or not and am not particularly interested in finding out.

One thing is certain, the change has really reduced download times. I was getting a lot of downloads/reloads that would show only the ad banner. Took forever to sort long threads. That seems to be fixed, for which I'm grateful!
I did have a bit of trouble finding my way here...had to dump my bookmark for the old url...hope others make it with less trouble and uncertainty than I! --gunhou

Howard my friend! Thank you for the information. As it turned out, I really *was* interested in whether they tasted like oysters, as long as it was someone else who did the taste test. LOL

This new forum is already starting to get fun, like with getting a bibliography on your FAQ's, now this. Oh no - must be time for my medication: now I'm wondering if the yak's are more pungent than the bull's. Someone other than me please find out! ROTFLMAO

Rusty, they don't taste like oysters they kind of look like them. But beleive me[and several thousand other peaple] they really are great sliced, rolled in craker crumbs and fried on a gridle. Every year the town of Eagle Idaho holds a "nut feed" to raise mony for the Volenteer fire dept. The last couple of years have had over 2000 peaple show up each time. The only hard one to swallow is the first one.

Yikes! I dropped in on the forum, and into this thread just before eating breakfast--not hungry anymore!

I'd like to try the RMO... but not in sashimi, please!
