I just checked in and no updates? In case you were wondering why I'm always on - I work from home and most of my work is on the computer or on teleconferences. I have 3 computers up and running and one of them usually has BF up for a quick check when I am bored or want a quick break from crunching numbers or analyzing data... Working from home is a very solitary thing. These forums are my water cooler!!!!:o
 
I did a week in Vegas. Home for a couple. Then a week in the woods of MI and fishing in Lake Michigan.

So, my forum time has been very limited. I do plan to add a couple photos to the picture thread.

Now, I'm traveling 196 W to begin the journey home.
 
Hold on. I am heading on vacation to a secret location to be raveled at a latter date. I will send picture. I will leave on Oct. 11 so it is not in the near future. Sorry to build so much suspense, I only hope the pictures will do to trip justice. I do not think they will grab you attention like Miprak's did.
 
Hey, I'm originally from Michigan! Midland, MI to be exact. Spent my youth as a Boy Scout in that great state! Went to Hope College in Holland, MI and graduate degree at U of M. It's a beautiful place and you'll be there during the BEST time. Hard to beat MI in the fall. I'm sure Rubi would argue that though in the Pokonos. Have a great time!!!
 
Fall in the Pocono Mountains is quite an experience but, this country is a pretty place many places.
I just drove from the Poconos North through the Endless Mountains Region. That was a pretty ride up rt.6 which parallels the Susquehanna River.
Now I'm back so maybe, I contributed to the "quietness".
