Surefire Delta

I visited the Surefire website to find parts for my flashlight and noticed that they have a few knives. One caught my eye, the EW-04 Delta folder and then I caught the price, $425!! Can this knife possibly be worth that kind of money? Sure its constructed with premium materials and fit and finish look first class but the price still seems way too steep.
Anyone have experience with this knife?
 
2nd, I am curious to see if it's worth the money. Surefire makes a superior product but it seems like their prices are a little excessive on some.
 
Like when SF was asking around $800 for the Strider SF fixed blade and flashlight combo. Both, the knife and the flashlight are outstanding but...

Glad I got my SF combo for about $450.
