surefire E-2e???

Dudes ~ I just purchased two hard anodised surefire E2s.. One for me and one for my girl.. Which is right? E2 Executive? Or E-2 Elite? The E2-E which I have features type III hard anodised finish, a new clip and a tail lockout cap.. Appreciate the feedbacks!

What you have purchased are E2s. The SureFire E2e is a new light that has just become available only from SureFire themselves at this point. It offers a different overall design including: a hex bezel, a different pocket clip and attachment point, increased waterproofness, and a lockout tailcap (now standard on all new E-series lights). The Hard Anodized (HA) version of the E2e offers a pyrex lens as well, while the Satin Gray (Gunmetal) E2e offers a lexan lens.

Both the E2 and the E2e are part of the SureFire Executive series, along with the E1 and E1e. While the new E1e and E2e lights are called Executive Elite lights.
