Surefire E2e, anyway to increase output?

I have a couple of Surefire E2e incandescent lights, I have looked at buying the Surefire KX2C LED head for these but it is $135, is there any other way to increase the output of the E2e besides the new LED head?

I would take a look at getting a Lumens Factory replacement bulb. They bump up the output quite nicely. You do sacrifice some runtime however. Otherwise try and find a used led head either on ebay or over on cpfmarketplace.com

Options
1) Lumens factory incan rechargeable dropins.
2) LED Upgrade with KuKu's drop in: http://www.velenodesigns.com/html/surefire_e_series_led_drop-in.html
3) Bi pin dropin + 1794 + IMR 16340s = 600lumens or so of incan light, but like 8minutes of runtime.
4) Shell out the dosh for the Surefire LED head.
