It is a reserved price auction, probably the individual was trying to reach the minimum amount over that to win it. Not certain, then again they only have one feedback, which anymore I distrust. Supposedly its gone down, but lately every auction I look at, if there are twenty of that item on eBay, the ONE that someone bids on suddenly gets bumped up higher by a new user. Tell me if that ain't fishy.
