What is this table called? 1:50 in the below video. Or does anyone have a good idea on something else to make that would allow for grinding the lock face on my surface grinder?

I'm considering getting another DD work rest grinding jig (like below) and removing the PTFE base and installing a much thicker hunk of magnetic steel, then dial it in as needed.

Looks to me like a regular old webbed angle plate that's had the bottom ground to whatever angle they need for their lockfaces. Seems like a whole lot of set up for something that could be done right on the 2x72 with an angled work rest. Maybe that's just me.

I agree it appears to be a Angle Plate with a precision ground block on the face at the correct angle for the Lock Face on the blade. I suspect that since it is adjusted for two angles of the cut there must be a stop pin to keep the blade positioned when the pivot is screwed down to keep from moving when ground
