Just wondering what you guys would prefer, the one knife a week mailing (you need to be on the list for this), or a once a month sale of a variety of knives. If you vote, please explain your choice.

I like the option of multiple knives, whether you choose to offer different versions of the same knife or different knives.

I like the monthly sale, as it affords more opportunity to pick up one of your great knives.

I like the idea of a monthly mailing with a variety of choices,
maybe throw a stew together of big, small, regular and fancy.

That way people could probably find about what they're looking
right then instead of putting in an order.

I like the monthly sale idea only because I would hope that means you are getting a better idea of what is selling faster than slower and it also might help the materials planning a bit too. "Ok. I can get these three knives from this piece of steel and these four or two or whatever from that one. Is it reasonable for me to have those finished by the first for the sale? Yes? ok, I've got the handle material and pins and x x x and ok - order steel!"

Give us a week's shot at them (or whatever is reasonable on your end) and then "release the hounds!" (offer them to everyone else…)

Yup,monthly sounds better to me also.
More to chose from & longer time for folks to get the funds together.

Just don't throw up any odd balls that only a select buyer would want.

Offering a couple of grinds on the same model in that months lineup might help too.

Another vote for monthly sale. Offers more options to more people to snag a knife to add to their collection.

It`s looking like a monthly batch offering is the way to go. If there is anything special you might want to see, post it here.

I vote monthly, because it gives you time to fit in between filling orders -- and gives you a place to sell "abandoned" orders if you have any from the previous month.
It also showcases several knives which may drive more orders -- "dang, just missed out on the spatu-chete you had listed today! if i order one now will it be ready by the first of Octember?"
