Survival Belt!

Not jolking here. I actualy use that exactsame weave for my posable bag sholder strap. I was looking for a way to carry lots of cordage in a usful easy manor. It works well for me. Im not to sure of how it could save someones life. At least the way I weaved my cord, it's not going to be undone anytime soon, and the length (mines longer) is still realy no more efective than a regular belt (if thats how he ment to use it). But as I said its a great way to pack lots of cordage.
