Survival Card or sheet for mini kit

Hello,
While there are many mini kits out there, I was wondering if anyone knew of a link were someone put a survival instruction packet together the size of a playing card or single sheet of paper, a copy-able image would be good, but a PDF or file download would be better. I'm looking for the card to provide a primer for shelter making, fire making, water finding and purification, signaling, land navigation, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated :thumbup:

Brigade Quartermasters is where I got mine. Here is their link. They have several to choose from, including survival, knots, edible plants and counting cards at Blackjack.
