I have always said that a person who travels to remote countries as a singleton and not with a tourist group has to possess more survivability than anyone soloing in the woods for a couple of weeks. That's probably what I like about Pelton so much. He takes off to some nasty locations on his own with no backup resources, gets' the shots / info and comes home in one piece.

It's the camera, it adds 10 pounds. I actually weigh less than last time I saw you, 137lbs. Sardine Spaghetti is El Diablo!

great shots, i was lucky enough to save my money during highschool and spend a month backpacking in Europe after I graduated. And there's pretty much never a day when I don't want to go back. Didn't get to go to as many nice places as you, but it's something that I think everyone NEEDS to do, not just "should" do. (not necessarily just Europe, but get out of your home country, travel around with everything you need on your back, and try to make it home in one piece)
