I had one of those about 40 years ago in 410.

FI never made it as a shot gun. Just .22LR. After the demise of FI, Garcia did later import an extremely similar one in .410 in 1968 for ten years. Garcia also imported a combo (.22/.410) from 1976 through 1978.

FI had a shadowy history.

The FI Bronco is less than three pounds.

The bronco was the first gun I got when i turned 18 back in the early 70's. 22lr was .65 cents a box and the rifle was about 20 bucks and change. High velocity ammo was new. so rifle sights were still set up for standard velocity ammo wich it shot fairly well.
