Skunkwerx thread got me thinking I gotta try this out, anyone have any experience with some of the ones offered in Canada?
I was checking out WSC - Canadian Wilderness Adventures, and they offer an ok looking 1 week course, skills are beginner or intermediate, but its second stage is a 3 day canoe trip that sounds like a lot of fun.
The only thing is I probably wont be able get the dates off from work.

Any suggestions or anyone want to get togethor for a Canadian connection?

"'ey hoser, let's get some Bud Light and go look for cougars"
"Whadya think it'll take to get her in bed?"
"A tranq dart and a roll of duck tape, 'ey?"

Sorry, that was so uncalled for and stereotypical, and off the topic, but I know too many guys in Quebec and Ontario who would say that. I've been watching too many episodes of the Red Green show. LMAO :D

At the moment, Iqaluit, Nu, but anytime I leave on vacation the hub is Ottawa, then home to NS.
No trees up here so I get real antsy to get out in the woods when I get out.
Maybe we can have someting set up for the early summer.

I think I remember seeing a clip on him on the CBC news years ago, it was the first time I ever heard of a browse bed, made from conifer branches.
It was very comfortable when I tried it, but too squashed for more then 2 nights sleep.
