I wouldn't like to rely on them. I'm a qualified nutritionist.
The basic nutrients: carbs, proteins and fats are 'bulk' nutrients. You can't really get away from the fact that they take a lot of physical space. Yes, you can produce the individual amino acids that your body would get from digesting meat, and save quite a bit of that space. Likewise you can reduce all the sugars and starches to glucose. But...
Natural foods don't just contain the basics usually taught in a class. They contain a multitude of biological molecules, many of which play a part in both digestion and utilisation of nutrients, and in elimination. These are often refered to as micronutrients.
Probably it would be possible to survive on these tablets for a length of time; but I really don't think it would be healthy for your body to do so. Maybe a week or so wouldn't hurt much, but months???
Given that you would still have to store a lot of these tablets, I would rather store a little more bulk with more traditional 'survival rations'. Don't forget some *good* multivitamins and minerals. You could keep bodybuilding-type protein powders as well to boost your protein intake. Or just use powdered egg whites like we used to.
Finally, think of your (or at least my) moral. A meal, even if it's a 'survival' meal, can be a moral booster. Tablets just don't float my boat.
Just my opinions; ymmv.
