hi
two weeks ago i went in the south center of france for a survil course, we make a shelter for 4 persones, find some vegetble to eat, in the days it's rain, snow, wind and the night cold -4°celsius

Looks like a great time, excellent pics too.

How did that shelter hold up in the rain?

What kind of wild edibles were you able to find in the area?

hi
the shelter go well but we don't have benefit the heat of fires on the level of the feet
and we find nettle, "plantain", beechwood fruits ..

Plantain! good stuff, it has mega doses of chlorophyll. Its also good chewed up an placed on bee stings and cuts.

Looks like a nice trip, thanks for sharing. Good to see a different part of the woods once in while.

Cool pics, thanks for sharing. I bet you had a great time.
What did you think of the Nettles? My family have had them many times. Plantian tea is what my Mom Makes and drinks alot.

Take care,
Bryan

Great pics, love the first one of the steep mountain trail. Plant identification is something i have to read up on, my knowledge in that area is very limited although im getting better at it.

Where in France was it?
