I'm driven to drink (with) George, have an after dinner smoke (the food was curry & grilled lamb take out), and take the frustration of watching the monitor refresh for more than a day out on my fat ASH1.

Yep, Skunk and fellow pork lovers, I've started to take it out on my ASH1 in the form of a sandpaper-sponge-block thing in an attempt to go from a scratched up DC finish to Satin. do you see what you're doing to me Skunk?

fortunately, I've found my creativity goes up in proportion with how much I drink (or my senses are dulled such that it no longer matters), so, in any case, cheers.

I was playing some games but kept stopping to refresh that I just stopped, then boredom and liquor drove me to sand...

and now, between loading the product page and pressing buy one all of the Boney ADs sold out... none for me.

all I want(ed) was one w Black G10.

bummer. no regrets...

@ progunner - George T Stagg is a part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, comes out once a year. Mine is a 2007 bottle, which are still available, and well worth it. here's a page showing all the bourbons that come from the Buffalo Trace facilities/distillery.

@ skunk - if you can help find a lone Black G10 BAD I'll forget the whole thing... ;)

I finally got one around 12:30a, which is all I wanted.

thanks to Jerry, Skunk, and everyone else at Busse/BCS. and thanks to those here who suggested I keep trying, and to OP especially for the technique tips.

I can't wait to see/handle it in person.

that said, it's really very good - and with a little water added it drops the proof down to what you're used to. tons of flavor.
