I am stuck! I cant decide between the satin orange/black or the LE!!!! I am leaning toward the satin orange/black though. or maybe a hell raiser, or a NMSFNO! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR a Skinny ASH-1! :D:p

Here's another take on the pumpkin, in honor of Halloween! :D Mine's definitely a user:

Enjoy!

I was wondering if it would pose a problem with my APEX?

Get the Le! But my second choice would be the orange/black g-10, you can't go wrong with either. Id convex it, you cant beat a good convex edge for slicing. However your edgepro apex should get the job done nicely, that recurve looks a bit tricky on any sharpening system, but definately doable. Did I mention... get the Le?:p

But Orange! :d

The pumpkin is nice, but I like the black/blue and satin better.

Here is mine, with some before and after shots.
I used it as it was for a while, except for the stropped edge which polished it up. I was trying to decide if I wanted it straightened and convexed, and then one night I was slicing something in the sink and made some contact with the tip against the porcelain a bit hard. That was just the excuse I needed. I went an got some sand paper and a sheet of glass, and a mousepad and straightened it and convexed it. I use it more than any other knife.

Eventually when the finish gets bad enough, I will strip it.
Before straightening and convexing the edge. It was very sharp straight from Busse, then I polished the edge on the strop and even sharper.

Now, it is convexed and stupid sharp (but I will say, that the original edge was stupid sharp too, it would pop hairs off even without stropping it)
