OK, I decided to accept the challenge and reduce some country style pork rib to stir-fry pork meat with my new pumpkin...FEAR IT!! Wanted to see if it really is a good slicer...and, well...

It is!!!

Very nice weight in the hand, capable of fine cutting, and just plain FUN to work with!!!

Gets a big thumbs-up :thumbup: from this happy hogette!!!

A girl needs a knife...in the kitchen, too!

Why, I never thought of doing fries...just stir-fry!...and, sorry, the Dobes and I trashed that stir-fry! No leftovers 'cept the Scrofa...FEAR IT!!!
