Svord Cleaver and Carcass Splitter

Does anyone have one? Looks quite choppy. Curious for user reviews, or other suggestions. Svord 6” cleaver

Thanks! I currently do not, grandpa was a meat cutter by profession. He mostly used boning knives, that old man could break down an animal like you wouldn’t believe. To your second question, shoulder season is right around the corner. No beef, only alfalfa fed whitetail.

Moral of the story? Don’t be a sucker for thick carbon steel like me. Or do, and post pics. Overall, I’m fairly impressed with the Svord offerings. Nice users(niche), IMHO. Anybody else have thick cleavers to post?
