Hey guys,
this is a hard one for me. I can't decide which of the two (a full tang kukri by HI) I should get as my go-to-big-knife.
I even made a list assigning points for:
Usability (1-5 points, with 1 being totally useless outdoors and 5 being the ultimate chopping tool / big survival knife), stability (if I had to rely on only that one knife for the rest of my life, which one would never fail me, 1-5 points), looks (1 = looks crap, 5 = doesn't get any better than this), self defense usability (1 = useless as a self defense tool, 5 = this is a knife you can bring to a gun fight).
When I say self defense I mean a scenario where I'm somewhere in the wilderness and might have to scare away a bear or other predators, I certainly don't see myself running around town with a big ass knife on my belt
funny thing is, they both got the same number of points on my list, however I don't want to buy both.
which one would you get?
