I recently purchased several knives on an auction, and I am going to offer a few of them for sale in the next week or so. I was hoping some of the experts here could provide me with a little guidance as to fair market value of these two knives. The first is a Swamp Rat Battle Rat, and the second is a Busse Comat Basic 9. I've seen a few of these Battle Rats here, but I haven't seen one with Swamp Rat Wauseon, Ohio USA etched on it, so I didn't know how it would compare. As you can see on the Busse Basic 9, it has seen some light use. I tried to detail it with a few extra pics. But let me tell you, it is one sharp mother! Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Got to love the smooth coated Basic 9s!!

I would enjoy talking with you about it - Off Forums of course :)

oh, i would say $100 for the both...i'll grab them if ya like! ;)

$250 each is a good guess. The B9 is worth $300 new. Some may say more, but them guys must have blinders on when they come up on the XC. Two nice pieces you have there.

Thanks for the info. I've seen several of the Battle Rats listed around $265 - $280, so I kind of figured that's where it would be. I just hadn't seen any like mine with Swamp Rat on the blade.
