I've been running tests on the Shopping cart for the Company Store so far
I'm 2 for 3 on my test purchases. I had to adjust some of my parameters that will be taking effect today and then hopefully it will be good to go. Tentative launch and sale of the Dog Skinner is sometime tomorrow(hopefully AM) Check www.ratknives.com and when you see the "Place Order" link you can order.
US addresses and info is working fine, outside the US I'm still having problems with.
Here's a couple of things to keep in mind.
1) There are not many Dog Skinners and the emails and response I've gotten from the pics indicates that they will sell out quickly. Please keep in mind that others want one as much as you do so be kind when ordering.
2) If you don't get in on this knife, don't worry there will be more knives available soon and possibily some Dog Skinners available at a later date.
3) Customers outside the US will have problems entering the correct shipping and billing info. Please do your best to "muddle" through this and then email me the correct info. My suggestion is to put all the correct info and when it comes to the State and Zip Code do your best (however, do not put in KY as your state unless you live in Kentucky or you will be charged Sales Tax)
When sending the email please indicate your "screen" name as well so I know who you are. First time Swamp Rat Customers will be contacted before I can process the order. Place the order first, email me second. If you don't place the order you may miss out.
Also, you will need to "add" an additional shipping option from the Products page so that the shipping will calculate properly.
