Swamp rat help

im looking into getting some swamp rat knives but i dont know where to get one.....once they are off pre-order and in the actual production line where can i get one...their website is only the waki preorder...help?

New prospective Bussekin buyers are unaware that Busse (including Swamp Rat and Scrap Yard) do not offer knives for sale like regular knife companies. They come out every now and then with a single design, that runs for a while and then is succeeded by another.
Most models never return, unless in some altered design.

There are two ways of buying a Busse: One is from the respective companies if they happen to offer something you like (and they don't nearly always offer something), or second-hand. There is a lively trade in Bussekin knives, lots of them new and unused from the shop. Here on BF is a subforum dedicated to the trading of Bussekin blades.
 
thanks for the help....so the only way to buy a swamp rat knife is by preordering from SWKW or from bladeforums?

IF and WHEN Swamp Rat offers a knife, jump on it, lol! Otherwise, search this forum, Ebay, other knife places.

Small example: Scrap Yard offered a Limited Edition of their Scrapper 5 model not too long ago. They haven't had anything new since, and I have no idea what they offered before then, but it was a while back.
