My Kaspersky Anti-Virus is going nuts when I try to visit the Swamp Rat Home Forum. Is anyone else running into a similar problem?

I always go there with protection. ;)

No problem here but I'm using AVG.

Big time trojan warning with Kaspersky when you try to enter the forums main page. It has been that way for the past few days.

Here's what I get:
File contains trojan programs: Trojan.Win32.Crypt.gw

Then the link to the link (http removed to kill the hotlink)

Sounds like you tracked it down so my only suggestion is to clear your 'cookies' and sign in fresh on the Chat Forum.

my browser loads a warning instead of the page:

Reported Attack Site!

This web site at www.swampratknifeworks.com has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences.

Attack sites try to install programs that steal private information, use your computer to attack others, or damage your system.

Some attack sites intentionally distribute harmful software, but many are compromised without the knowledge or permission of their owners.

I came down with one called 'Fake Trojan' and it set off all kinds of bells and whistles but I got it deleted. I'll keep checking the forum unless I get bit too often.

I got the same trojan message from avast on my machine when I went to swamprat.com. I tried again a few minutes later and was redirected to some porn site.

We are all clean at the Home forum now. Thanks to the help of a smart computer geek ;)

We appreciate your patience and really dislike hackers
