Swamp Rat KDSH ?

I see on the Swamp Rat knives website that it says "available now", Does that mean they have them pre-made and ready to ship out? Thanks

To my knowledge it is blanks available and they make them as you order.

That would appear to be correct. Either a Black or Sage finish and either Black or Tan canvas micarta handles are your only current options.

We're not as picky about Busse vs. kin as we used to be. With Jerry and crew putting out a significant number of Battle Grade Busse Combat blade models made with SR101, a steel used previously only for the Taliwhaker or Swamp Rat knives, the lines distinguishing Busse from Swamp Rat have been blurred. Pretty good stuff, too. Now that I've have a chance to spend a few hours limbing trees with an MOR KDSH, I'm not sure I'd spend the extra $ for the same model in INFI. I like the one I've got, a whole lot.

Somebody's a stickler! Haha not gonna lie, I didn't know there was a swamp rat forum. Never see posts in it. When I got my first Bussekin, a SR Rucki, I posted here and got a warm welcome.

Unfortunately the Swamprat forum doesn't get much traffic,,, I've found you are far more likely to get responses to questions or picture request here.
I'll still usually post there or the scrapyard site out of respect,,, but will also put it here.
The two biggest reasons I don't see it as a problem are:
1: The for sale area for Busse/Swamprat/Scrapyard are at the top of this page, no others .
2: When Ganza's or new offerings (Chophouse, Ratweiler, Jackmandu) are announced,, it's done here as well.

The busse custom shop is closed, is that the wait you are referring to? I've been looking around to try and determine whether that means all custom order 'kin are on hold as well or not...
