Swamp Rat mail boxes full?

I just ordered the Rodent 9 through them (www.swampratknifeworks.com), and just tried sending them some email today (orders@swamprat.com), but got an error back saying that their mailbox is full.

Anyone else have this problem with them? They don't even have a phone number. And on their contact page they said that you're not allowed to contact Busse in regard to anything Swamp Rat related, or else they will never sell a knife to you ever again...

Oh and their forum registration is closed... what's up with that? Getting a bit concerned.
 
About the forum, Eric does an open registration occasionally, this helps keep the spammers at a minimum. I'd contact him directly here for info on how to join the home forum.

As for the Rodent 9, its, well, different. I wont even pretend to know whats going on there. Its on another area besides the company store and seems to be closed off from communication.
 
I just got a reply back from Swamp Rat - apparently they forward the email somewhere else as well, so the mailbox that was full wasn't the only one receiving.

That's a relief.

The "ratknives" is the Swamp Rat Company store run by Eric, he gets small runs from the factory to sell.

The "swampratknifeworks" is the maker of the knives, and evidently distributor of certain models again, as they were back in the old Res C days.
 
xli3, keep going. The SR knives are great. I have RMDs, HRLM's and just got the RS and a Leatherman sheath for the RS. I have 2 other sheaths from Dwane. Alzweke makes great kydex. I strongly recommend them all! Oh yeah, I love my SYCO 511 and all the others.
