This is a Rat Trap which has been expertly modded with a thumb groove for easier right handed opening, and also has been tapped for right hand tip up clip orientation. These mods were done by the prior owner, and appear professionally done and in my mind they definitely consistute improvements to the knife.
When I received this knife it had some lock issues, and I sent it to Steve Rice aka STR on these forums, for repair/adjustment. As usual, he did an incredible job and the lock up is now perfect. No blade play in any direction, and liner mates perfectly with the tang.
The knife is in excellent used condition. The blade is pretty close to pristine, but has a couple very faint scratches that you can see in direct light. The clip has some chipping of the black coating around the edges.
I'm looking for $185 shipped. Paypal preferred, I eat the fees. International buyers welcome but you pay the shipping minus $5. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase this item.
