I'm still fighting with the "address" part of the order form on the Company Store at www.ratknives.com However, here are some hints to help you through it. This is only for customers outside the US, US Citizens should not have any problems.
State: there must be a State entered, pick any, just not KY (unless you live in KY, otherwise you'll pay a huge tax ) Use TX or IA
Phone: it accepted zeros i.e. 000 000 0000 but is mandatory Make sure it is 3 0's 3 0's and then 4 0's
Zip Code: it accepted 00000 it is also mandatory
Use zeros for phone numbers and zip codes. Make sure you use the correct number of zero's otherwise it will not be accepted 5 for zip code
The name, address and city fields are free to place correct info. Your full address (including state, postal code, and country) on the two lines of the address fields.
In the Special Instructions: field there is no problems in entering a full and correct address, please do this so I know where to ship it.
