Thin flat saber with what looks like a very small (thin) secondary bevel… looks sliced! That’s promising so far.

Maybe the Galley ship reference is to the stainless qualities of Magnacut like Spyderco's Salt series? Although I'd love to tell my wife that I got her a Galley Rat for the kitchen!
