Very nice. M9...what's the difference tween that and the R9? Looks similar.

They are very similar. The R9 is basically an updated design with the main differences being the handle shape and the clip grind on the blade, the clip starting much more forward on the R9 than the one on the M9.
 
They both seem equally impressive. Other than chopping palms what have you used them for?

Mostly that type of work. Palms are pretty soft, I use it on harder stuff like gums etc. I also use it to prepare firewood. Awesome knife.

Nice work Rob. Now you need to make some music. Using all that steel hitting trees as your drums. :D
 
So now you have two new drum sticks ... are you going to bring out the MOAB to chop down something for the drum ???:D
