Swaping Blades/Tools On A SAK

I know it can be done but I wonder how easy or hard it is to swap blades on a SAK. I would like a slim EDC and thought about taking the corkscrew off a Waiters knife and replacing it with a phillips head screwdriver. I saw a picture of a SAK called a Workman that had this setup but have never found one. I think it's the perfect EDC for me just a blade and 2 screwdrivers. Might even be cool to swap out the blade for a serated one!
 
Those are some really nice SAK's but I'm looking to do some mods on my own. I watched a few You Tube videos and see how to drill out the brass pins from a SAK. I have 84 mm serrated blade that I'm going to put in a small Tinker for my first project. Maybe I'll only have to drill out one pivot.
 
You won't be able to change out a blade without drilling out both pivots and the back spring pin. It's not that difficult, but if you don't drill carefully you can mess up the bushings and won't be able to re use them.

Just a couple of things I learned when I played around a couple of old cadets.
 
Thanks for that info. The bushings must be what you call the brass things the scales snap onto. My brother in law has a small drill press so that should help. I'm working with some old cheap SAK's I bought from that site so I can afford to make mistakes while I learn.
 
Yep they're the ones.

The most helpful thing you can do is use a small punch to make a small dent in the exact center of the pin before you start drilling. It helps start the hole in the center and avoid the drill bit skating across the surface.
