does anyone know a kami who used the swastika as a forgemark? probably early period 2003 or so? initials R. R.

Raju Rasale, I probably screwed up the spelling. He's also according to folks smarter than I and especially Auntie known as the Amtrak Kami as he put his initials which was a new thing on his blades.
I have a WWII made by him. He did wonderful things.

Bawanna has it right 'cept for the spelling, his last name is Rasaili. Known as Amtrack or Railroad kami.
The kami mark is not a swastika, but a much older symbol known as a fylfot.
