Today was another real hot one so when I told Mrs Pit where I was heading she thought I was crazy !

The reason I still entertained this hike though was because I know of a few watering spots on the way up where the dogs can get a drink and cool off !!!!

TT looking alert on the trail......

Not sure what killed this crow but it appeared to have only taken the head ?

The great views make this hike worth the effort !

At the very top is Maisy's favourite part, although the water level was pretty low there was still enough for a refreshing swim !

Mrs Pit took me to Starbucks as soon as I returned home and I recharged my batteries with a strawberry Vivano......bliss !!!!!;)

Cool pics Pit. Maisy loves to swim, doesn't she. Nephew was here earlier, asked if I had any new pictures of her and the TT. lol

great photos. Interesting looking blade--does it function well?

It functions great buddy, the handle came out perfect and is the most comfortable of all my knives, it gives a rock solid grip in every hand position possible and causes no hot spots !

The angle of my pic make the handle look way longer than the blade but actually the blade is 4" and the handle just over 4 1/2" !

Man, I hate to admit it but that weird, ugly knife of yours is starting to grow on me. I may have to talk to John about that.:D

You may want to consult your psychiatrist first.:D
Seriously though, I was thinking the same thing.

LOL ! You know I was holding my TTSK in a variety of grips yesterday when out in the woods and IMO this handle is perfect, it just seems to lock the hand in place no matter how you hold the knife. I wish this handle was on all knives !!!!

It worries me that I might start thinking like Pit.;)

Just don't sit around in your boxers in a snowstorm please.
Where you are that could be dangerous!
