There's plenty of the stainless steel ones on eBay. They are not cheap anymore ($30 a pop), and are beat up on the outside, but the guy has pics of the inside and they look good.
Just do a search on eBay for "Swedish Mess Kit" and look in the eBay stores list at the bottom of the page. Heck, you can always repaint the outside.

Because of the supposed health hazards related to Aluminium cookware swedish army phased out all the Al kits.
They had to replace plenty of them so they had to bring back the old stuff (I think WWII version used to be stainless).
Which is why there plenty of Al sets and almost no steel ones.
