Sweet 'dashi!...

Below are a few pics. of a custom kiridashi I received yesterday, from Stefan Stromberg at Stromberg Knives, in Sweden. In my opinion he has a great eye for design and attention to detail. Blade steel is Robert Waldorf Loveless-34, black & white liners, polished black micarta scales, 2 black CF pins with 5 stainless steel pins. Included was a small piece of clear plastic to protect the tip, in shipping/storage. It came in a custom, nylon, padded Stromberg pouch. Thank you for All, Stefan!

Stefan doesn't use traditional types of shipping from Sweden. Instead, he sent the knife to me, hand delivered in person, by the young lady below...I'll let you know how I like the knife, if/when I get around to it.
