Look what I found while cleaning the garage at my fathers house!! Dont know too much about it but it has gorgeous scales and is in really great condition !!!

its always fun to find "treasure" ;)

do you know what the pattern is? (i still learning about traditionals, its not a peanut is it?)
 
All i know is what it says on the tang ...

Cool find. I love that pattern and just picked up it's brother the 104OT.
That looks like it is in perfect condition.
 
It's mint !!! It had a few specs of surface rust on the main blade but it wiped right off ! I don't think it was ever used !!

Sounds like you found buried treasure. These little knives are wonderful for putting in your pocket and you never know they're there until you need them.
I love the bail on that one.
 
I believe that pattern is a "penknife". Those are nice little pocket companions. The scales are what Schrade called "staglon". That little guy is in very nice shape; doesn't even look to have been used.

Anyone know when these were made ? I remember it as a kid but the exact year escapes me !! I'm guessing mid to late 80's early 90's
